There are some people out there that either have connctions or really do research to come up with approximate prices for Black Friday deals on different hot items. Check this out Black Friday 2011 Early Predictions

I don't think they have any specific insider knowledge as they list mostly generic items. To me it looks like they are pricing predictions based on some of the prices now, deals we've already seen and what we've seen in the past.

For example:

Netbook - $99 well based on the $199 price now that would be reasonable.
i3 laptops with those specs have been had around $350 now so $299 would be reasonable
i7 at $700 would only be $200 off from the HP offering now so possible, and I've seen deals dropping them to pretty close to $700.

The only one area I'd be skeptical on would be TV pricing. 3D TVs are still pretty high so I'm not sure how close those would be.

I totally agree with you. I hope that the actual prices will be a lot better than what is listed. I'm thinking about buying a laptop, hopefully i5, if one of the online stores lists it for a great price.
