I looked up the info from the wesite separately...

Next I looked up the phone number from the Ronalds Lock Shop website 216-831-8193 it belongs to a man (age 65+) and a woman at a different address than on the website. I called the phone number and received an older gentleman's voicemail. Did NOT sound like a business.
Sounds fishy.
