As razerraj said you can use the price search engine, or use Google and compare the prices from a few different sites. If you see it listed at $99 on several sites generally that means that's the everyday price. Lots of sites like Amazon Overstock ect use a lot of marketing hype and say a product is marked down 100's of dollars wen generally its not and often times its a bit cheaper or the same price on several other sites.
