I was able to order successfully over the phone with the new pricing for the new $149 nook wifi edition + the free $50 giftcard for $149+ s/h with no hassle at all. Deal does not appear to be active online at this time.
$199 edition is in bestbuy stores, however the $149 edition is only available for shipping
