my guess they realized if they can sell 2000 of these items in few hrs ....its always profit as its better than bulk sale

Some of those are probably loss leaders I think, advertised to drive traffic to the website hoping that buyers will get used to them and buy other things while there. The thing that baffles me is why do they do so many of them and for so long.

My guess Bulk items ..meritline sells the stuff thats cheap and made for bulk orders . Kinda overproduced items .
