I feel bad for Nikolai who did not get paid for any month. It looks like he/she got banned or something but that didn't happen until Jan or Feb. Should he/she get paid for the last three months in 2010 since he/she didn't get banned until later? I still feel bad for him/her in spite of the fact that he/she was flooding the portal even with junk deals sometimes.

Would it make sense to issue a warning to guys/gals like him/her first. If they continue doing the same thing after the warning then ban them for a while. And then if they do continue after that they would be permanently banned?

Nikolai would post the same deals 2, 3 even 4 times...I think he/she was abusing the system. They posted their own deals multiple times, which makes me think they knew they were at risk for being banned. It's just common sense to not do stuff like that.

It's unfortunate but RicheemXX did warn him numerous times prior to him being banned.

I noticed that too. I was just wondering if we, like other forums, have a process of issuing temporary ban for few weeks before a permanent ban. I don't know if you heard of Selma, on a different forum, before. She was banned for few weeks for, rumor has it, for flooding the site with posts.
