How to receive your redemption:
1-Purchase gallon and/or five gallon-sized cans of BEHR PREMIUM PLUS® or BEHR PREMIUM PLUS ULTRA® interior and exterior paints and primers, decorative finishes, waterproofers, stains and cleaners at participating The Home Depot stores between 9/1/11through 9/7/11.
2-To submit your rebate online go to:
www.HomeDepotRebates.com/Behr. (If you submit online, you DO NOT need to mail in the offer form or receipts.)
EACH SALES RECEIPT REQUIRES A SEPARATE ENTRY FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION, or...
3-Mail above form along with a copy of the original The Home Depot cash register receipt and the original UPC number cut from the paper label of each gallon and/or five gallon-sized product purchased. (For BEHR printed cans only, please write the UPC number in the space provided below.) Rebates must be postmarked no later than October 7, 2011. Multiple UPC numbers may be written on a separate piece of paper and attached to this form.
