Click on the Paperclip icon to the right of the white smiley face. Click Manage Attachments and a popup will appear. If the image is saved on your computer, under Upload File from your Computer, you can browse where your file is located and upload. Be aware there is a file size limitation on the image. Once done, you should see your 'Attachment'. Close window and you're done. Send your post and you should see the image on the bottom.
