HELP!! I getting married soon

hi my name is Christina and I'm getting married and I need to buy a camera for my fiance for our wedding gift to use at our honeymoon trip. I've searched all over the internet trying to find the best deals for the Cannon 40D SLR camera. I found a site, bestpricecameras.com, and I was scammed!! I lost my money and no camera and don't want to make my fiance mad at me for my stupidity. I'm in a rush to find a camera before our honeymoon this Sunday 3/16/08. Please help me!! . Did you pay with a credit card? If so, call your credit card company and ask for a chargeback. Always use a credit card when purchasing online because scammers accept Western Union, eGold, wire/bank transfer, debit, etc., which is the same as cash. They steal your money and never send the merchandise you ordered. With a credit card you have recourse if the transaction goes bad.

. Read customer reviews on stores before you buy. bestpricecamera.com reviews are a huge red flag.

. Check ResellerRatings' Scam Store thread. This list is not all-inclusive but can be a guide.

. Find reputable stores using our Best Rated Stores.

. If you were charged or otherwise paid a store, submit a customer review, such as for Best Price Cameras. If a store is not listed at ResellerRatings, you can add it.
