For the third year in a row, Walmart's lawyers have sent us a preliminary cease-and-desist letter that states that the
2010 Walmart Black Friday ad is to be posted no earlier than Sunday, November 21st. Although they are very strict on the release date of their ad, last year Walmart gave us permission to post the circular early due to its premature leaking on the Internet. We expect this to happen again and will keep you posted as to when the ad will be available.
