Hmmm, I wonder what that means? It says it is a Black Friday "sale"

They might be doing something like paypal or some of the cc companies do and offer specials from specific merchants.

edit: It looks like over the last couple years they offered special rates on CDs and a special bonus for opening certain accounts.
