Unhappy 1saleaday.com Heads Up

I know in the past we've all posted deals from the site, and they seem to have pretty good deals. But it seems like the site might be going down hill and fast.

Their ResllerRatings have been sliding fast, 1 Sale a Day - 1saleaday.com - Reviews, Ratings and Prices at ResellerRatings, and I've seen several posts popping up on other sites with nothing but complaints.

Personally I haven't used the site yet so I really can't say one way or the other. But I'd suggest being very careful when ordering from these guys.

I agree, I've been waiting almost a month for an order of a 2GB Micro SD card. They have no customer service phone number. Everything has to go through their email which they rarely answer. And when they do answer, you get no helpful information. I'm giving them 1 more week, then I'm reversing the transaction on my card. You'd think that with this many complaints, a "company" like this would get shut down at some point. What does it take for law enforcement to get involved? Most of the "positive" commentary regarding 1saleaday.com on complaint forums are posted by dubious 1st time posters with very vague reviews like, "good price. fast shipping" as opposed to the lengthy, elaborate complaint posts.

Angry No SD Cards for me either

I also ordered the 2GB Micro-SD cards on Dec 27. E-mail said shipped on 31st. Had no idea what the tracking number was for. Complained on 7th. Was told that it had shipped via USPS Smart Mail and that they were slow to update. It should be there within the week, otherwise write back. Well, it's 10 days later, USPS shows 'notified for package pick-up on Dec 30, and nothing else'. Just sent them another complaint. If I don't hear back in 48 hours, will also call Amex and have the charge contested.

Dang they've had a couple of decent deals lately but from the looks of it its not going to be worth the gamble. Almost every review on the front page at RR is a dissatisfied one.

Angry 1saleaday.com

I ordered a camera from them recently for a gift, and it does not work. came with a blank cd with a black x marked on it, no instruction manual, warranty info, nothing. I am trying to return it, but will probably never hear from them. My advice- DO NOT SHOP HERE, EVER. I am sure I lost my money and have learned a lesson.
