    Could not get free shipping

    This would be a good deal with free shipping, but I am not able to get free shipping to come up. Am I doing something wrong?

    Well, I tried to order from CA. Shipping ($46.20) + Tax ($20.57) together is already $66.57!!! That killed the deal!
