$461 for a chair? Yeah, that's a good deal. Staples has over 100 chairs for less.
They are nice. I've had one for 15 yrs (bought my own for work) and others have gone through many others.
Lol at the genius saying Staples has chairs for less. No kidding champ, quality commercial-grade chairs cost quality money - Staples sells cheap garbage at cheap prices.
Personally, I own a padded cloth Steelcase office chair, but these mesh Herman Millers are good if you run hot, and have the usual adjustments for ergonomics that you'd expect on a high-end chair. The breathability of the mesh comes at the cost of comfort for some - the mesh is somewhat flexible, so it's not bad in my opinion, but I know some people don't like mesh. I used to sit in these when I worked 12 hour desk shifts and they kept me comfortable for long periods of sitting.
They'll last dang near forever and have a great warranty in case something does go wrong, and this is a killer price. If you need a workhorse of a chair, go for it.
