not a sams club member, but interested. when i go to checkout, the 10% non-member fee shows as 0.00 for me, is this a trap? am i getting or not getting charged for no membership? any feedback from non members

I have the GE 8k, it works as expected with no issues, the wifi is nice and the app hasn't given me any issues either, but it's disappointingly loud, even on low... I'm sure I compared the decibel ratings at the time, but I wish I had bought one of the units marketed specifically as being "quieter". The only other quibble I can think of is, in eco mode (fan turns off when set temperature is reached) it has to get considerably hotter than it should before cutting back on to start cooling again, some sort of hysteresis adjustment would be much appreciated. Could be just mine or something.
