Does it have to say "Clearance" for the price to be $65? The stores with stock still show a $129 price, while other stores without stock show "Clearance" for the price.

Yes, only stores with "clearance" will be at a reduced price, but could be sold out. Other stores carry stock at full price.

If it say clearance, than it's oos. If it's still in stock, than it's not clearance.
This is a bit over kill for inflating car/bicycle tires, but I hate those car pumps with plastic parts and won't last. I miss the old days with those free air gas stations. It'll be no gas station at all with the way government pushing for craziness.
Can you list the zip code of the store where you found these on clearance? I'm wondering if you change your favorite store but ship to home it will cause a discount like the Ridgid Shop Vac deal
Thank you for the prompt response. I am basically looking to refill tubeless bike tires and car tires. Would the Husky cut it?
Yes, the Husky will be quieter, but the Craftsman will be quicker.
I personally use a nice bike pump for both. It takes me much less time to put a few pounds in car tires (or completely air up a bike) with a good floor pump than it takes to deal with a compressor and unwieldy hose.
If you need a burst of air to set your bead, you can get a floor pump with a built-in auxiliary air chamber or buy a separate one.

Thanks for the prompt response. The craftsman is sold out now so out of the question, I will keep the Husky not opened and research a good floor pump and if I find one will either return it or keep it.
By the way any floor pump suggestion for a mountain bike.

I don't think you can go too far wrong with Specialized, Topeak, or Serfas brands. The larger the barrel, the quicker you can pump up, but it will limit you to lower air pressures.

This Husky is inexpensive, very compact, lightweight, and relatively quiet - but only puts out .8scfm@90psi with a small 1 gallon of reserve capacity.
That Craftsman (Porter Cable/Bostitch/DeWalt) is bigger, heavier and really loud - but does 2.6scfm@90psi with 6 gallons of reserve.
