Does anyone know if TCB will pay CB on this? Gift cards don't appear to be in the exclusions...
Those of you with Chase Freedom cards can use PayPal / PayPal Key to earn an additional 5% CB.
You can use these in stores. They're just not physical cards. They will just scan the bar code on your phone.

BUYER BEWARE!
Bought over the course of several years multiple Lowe's cards. EACH AND EVERYONE was compromised and only the last one was I able to recover the money.
Bought card in November, by December, half the card was used for "purchase at local store" - I KNOW for a fact that the card was NOT used b/c it was saved as a present but was forgotten to be gifted.
By January, the card was depleted. Found out in June when attempting to use the card that there was nothing on it.
Took many chats / calls to Newegg and Lowe's with ZERO results. Only was able to recover b/c I contested the issue with credit card company and they gave me back the money.
Only way to recover lost money is through use of credit card, as esp. the big issuers have the muscle to get this money back to you (or at least, they pretend they get the $$ back).

Wow!! Sorry to hear whatever happened to you. I was about to buy 3 of them. I guess I will hold on for PayPal sale.
Same issue. See the PayPal deal from last week...
Better to convert to physical gift card in store to reduce scam or hack risk. If allowed, it would reduce the risk, but not eliminate it.
