Is this the same one way back from ps3 days re-platformed or this is newer than that? I have the PS3 civilization revolution and it was fun.

No that was a simpler variation of Civ IV.

This game is Civ VI and matches similar to the PC version.

No idea why this is cheaper than PS4 and Xbox but it does have DLC that they are hoping you buy. 50$ for the expansion packs and 40$ for a pack of extra stuff.
