I would get an assault bike over this. This only works legs and back/arms. Assault bike works out that plus your pecs and shoulders from the push. This is only pull. Assault bike is both push/pull and legs.

Got one though I would prefer the D that sits 20 inches off the ground vs. this one at 14. They discontinued the E which sucks. Saved $45 in shipping costs going with Amazon. Said I would get it in mid March.

Explain to me how you're effectively targeting your deltoids with a pull movement? Abs, yes. Shoulders, huh?

It's a good machine. But an echo Rogue bike or any other decent assault machine will burn more calories and target more muscle groups. That's not an opinion. That's a fact.

shake head To build up your posterior delts, the workouts are all done with pulling motions. I forgot to mention that the motion of rowing targets the glutes more effectively because depending on your flexibility you can bend your knees 90°-110° and every time you push off your feet, it's like you're doing a squat but less impact on your joints. Please feel free to share your "facts".
