The Gourmet Edition (Game + DLC Bundle) doesn't seem to be available currently, it was on sale back in January ($24.24). Without a demo option at the time, I was hesitant to buy it. My kids are really enjoying the current trial, I'll buy it next time the Gourmet Edition is available.

Nintendo Online is a subscription service similar to Xbox Live or PS+. (Although I think Nintendo's is the cheapest) . For a fee you get access to online multiplayer for your games, you get some free content (classic NES/SNES games etc) and I guess certain trial/free-to-play periods. Source: longstanding xbox member who brought a nintendo into our home this Christmas...still figuring it out myself.

Also, many Switch bundles came with a free x-month trial of Nintendo Online.

That's what I thought too, but the Gourmet Edition actually is available! Not through the website, but if you search for it on the Switch eshop you'll find it. It's currently $24.24 again.

Thank you! Can the post be updated with the info provided by Trodden? Even on sale the 5 DLC comes up to $20.72.
