The Cybex Aton M infant car seat is on sale for $139.99 in pepper black. Other shades are also available (denim blue for $180 and Manhattan grey for $200). If you're interested in denim blue, it's available on Amazon for the same prices (also sold by Albee Baby).
These car seats are substantially more expensive from other retailers (e.g., BuyBuyBaby sells the Aton M for $350, and the Aton 2 for $280).
The catch with this deal is that the sale is for car seats manufactured in 2018. Cybex car seats are usually good for 6 years from the date of manufacture, so this should fit your needs until sometime in 2024. YMMV depending on how long you need a car seat for.
If you have a child on the way, and aren't expecting more in the future, this is a great deal. It's basically half price, and your kid will move into another car seat in 9-18 months anyway - well before the expiration date.
If this is your first child, and you're expecting more in the next two or three years, then YMMV. If you still have an infant in 2024, you'll be approaching the expiration date and might want to find something different. That said, new versions are twice as much, so you might break even anyway.
For me, it's a great deal - especially if you might be interested in buying an extra base in the future. Car seat bases are usually $100-$110 alone, and here it's like buying a base and getting the car seat added on for another $30.
