This is a model made for certain retailers like Amazon. It is essentially the sport exp series in black. You can even use the Sport exp expansion kits on this although the color will be different. This is according to an email I sent Powerblock asking about expansion compatibility.

Thank you for clarifying that Sport EXP expansion work on these. I've been waiting for Stage 2 to become available. Looks like the compatible ones are on the powerblock site!

Here's the email response they sent when I asked if the sport expansion was compatible with the EXP from Amazon.

"The PowerBlock EXP is sold mainly through Amazon. Technically the Sport EXP is compatible with the PowerBlock EXP yes."
