I just happened to stumble upon this when doing a Google search. I'd have purchased one, myself, if I didn't already have 3 other Loppers... but I digress. I do own a pair of the renowned Felco F2 hand pruners, and I can vouch for the quality of their Swiss Made hand tools - and the availability of repair parts, as well. Note that the "60" in the model # is for 60cm handle length, which is almost exactly 2 feet long. Also, I couldn't find anyone that came close to this price -- Amazon in Germany wants $77 + Euros (which is over $90 + shipping, which is not free from Germany)... and, another seller that had them around $84 wanted over $20 to ship UPS. The fact that you can get these at $77 with Free Shipping, makes them a great deal IMO. Also, I looked up the seller, and they're based in Napa, CA... seller appears to have a good reputation.

I think it's the brand. I have a super old hand-me-down felco hand pruner and it's awesome. I don't know how old they are but I'm sure these things are well over 30 years old. I assume the brand is high quality.
