Just came back in stock. ~0.80 cents per box, 0.016 per mask, cheapest I've seen masks, even pre-COVID. 50 count/box, 40 boxes/case, 2,000 masks total

Shipped & Sold by Amazon, so easy refunds or replacements if there are any issues. One review mentioned they had mold on their boxes, I assume that box ended up getting wet during transport.

i had these before. it's pretty good but i wish the part on the nose was stable. you can shape to your nose then pops up as it doesn't hold up. i'm using a different mask right now which has a stable string metal that doesn't pop up so much better coverage.

I purchased another brand that likely uses the same insert as these, I use a piece of medical tape across the nose bridge to provide a better seal, I also wear glasses so this minimizes fogging. I've used more expensive brands (Kimberly-Clark) that has an added foam insert inside that's supposed to prevent fogging, but it doesn't seem to work that well.

Received mine today, it seems to be produced by two different manufacturers, one is thicker than the other, but they do have 3 layers (did a burn test). These are still available on the company's site (supplyaid) for $69.99, which is still a good price for masks.
