You're mostly right. Regular excedrin has caffeine, aspirin, and acetaminophen (Tylenol)
These or Goody Powder are awesome for headaches, especially for hangovers. When I was a bartender, I will put these on the tongue and follow it down with half a jug of pedialyte. Sleep again for a bit (until caffeine kicks in) chug rest of pedialyte. Typically would have a decent day after that.
