I had the same problem when I applied the code, got a message saying that there wasn't any qualifying products in cart.

However after refreshing the page it fixed itself, and the $10 was discounted bringing this to $89.99+tax. This was done with an old EVGA account, no new account necessary.

(Please note, OP says code is for %10 off, in my case it was actually $10 off) (screenshot here [postimg.cc])

I have one advice though, it's a little silly so ignore if you want, but I've noticed when I copy the code sometimes by mistake the computer copies an extra "empty space" at the end. Then, when you paste the code on the checkout page it comes out as invalid. So my tip is make sure you are copying the code characters only and no extra empty space.
