Earfun customer service is great. However, the only product I order from them is the earfun air. I used it for about a day and noticed a cracked on the right ear bud house. Did not drop it at all. Then later on the same day I noticed it on the left as well. I switched from right (once I noticed the crack) to the left earbud during the day. Contacted the customer service and they send me a whole new unit right away. Unfortunately, the whole unit had the same issue within a day of use and contacted them again and they refunded me the money. I still use them but only for like yard work or something.
