What color temp am i looking for? the bland yellow light in my garage now is impossible to use when the door is closed... Also does anyone know how to change a led mount fixture into a screw in fixture for these?

I did too. last week. Feels cheap... plastic creaks. That said the panels are tight and don't move where you position them and they HELLA BRIGHT. I can actually do stuff in my garage now.

Yep, they all have electrical boxes behind it, get yourself a screw in fixture and replace the other light fixture.

I bought the Costco ones recently and this is the stuff I bought for my garage opener setup

this goes where the garage opener light bulb is
