I'm finding that my 15" 1/2" Drive Craftsman breaker bar isn't quite enough for breaking some fasteners, even with a cheater pipe. It's less the length than the girth. Too much flex and it feels like it's going to snap, even if it probably won't. What's a decent under $20 1/2" drive breaker bar that can handle those occasional really tough fasteners without flexing to much or breaking? The one in the deal seems just a tad too lightweight for my needs, and the one you linked to shows a lot of flex in the product page video.
