FAIR WARNING for US customers!
I did some research and I have not found anything suggesting that Lenovo has released or will release standalone keyboard/pens for their tablets that have the capabilities built in.
Take the P11 Pro for example (released December 2020), it was sold as a standalone tablet first, and then the "bundle" version came out later with keyboard and pen in box, however, the keyboard and pen are not sold separate for those who got the "tablet only" version. This is a rinse and repeat cycle for all of their devices in the US.
You may be able to import a keyboard and pen from the EU market at a steep premium because they do sell them separate over there, in case you pull the trigger on a tablet only version.

Lenovo sells the same tablets, but the XiaoXin models are for the Chinese market. They have the P11 and the P11 Pro, and the XiaoXin and XiaoXin Pro. They are exactly the same hardware, but the chinese version does have a different ROM that can be switcched to the global version easily.
The XiaoXin versions used to be very cheap, but it looks like they arent a secret anymore and the P12 (now just called the XiaoXin Pro 2021 in China and Pad Pro everywhere else) is coming out soon.
These are pretty underpowered and not very well supported. I would go with the Samsung equivalent any day. Also, expect the TabS8 to come out soon, meaning the whole Tab S6 Lite and Tab S7 lineup are going to go on discount again soon.
