My total (that was $21.90) had $15 worth of taxes and fees added (before even the tip)...
• Subtotal $21.90
• Promotion -$21.90
• Taxes and Fees $6.02
• Delivery Fee $8.49
The restaurant I tried ordering from had "free delivery with a $10 purchase" but then there weren't enough delivery drivers in my area (Hollywood) or something like that so Postmates added the high delivery fee. That was last night around 8pm though. Still a nice discount so upvoting for sharing OP.

Postmates use to give the free delivery if spent $x automatically. Once the app/website merge with UberEATS, the free delivery would only work as a promo option only and not automatically. So you wouldn't be able to combine the promos together.
