You can get Refurb. Gen 8 I5's for far less. This is quad core. I am thinking of getting a refurm Gen 6 quad core for only $129. Two DP's and HDMI. Close to as good as this. I will buy a M.2 for it for $55 as it just comes with a 1 TB HDD.

It has six cores so quite the improvement over Gen 7. You can get a good M.2 for SSD for about $55.
The Gen 6 for $129 only had two in stock on Ebay but you can find them there as so many Desktops are sold. That is the one I will most likely get I will get 16GB of RAM and a 512 GB M.2 for about another $90. It comes with 8GB in two slots two empty slots.
