The 2 most expensive cards from C20 (Deflecting Swat & Fierce Guardianship) are valued together at over 70$, so you get 498 free cards including many Commander staples. Well worth it. As far as C21, value is much less, but they're the new set and fun to play.

It's a different format of game called commander. All of the cards are known and some of them are valued well. This is a good deal.

All 100 cards are identical, but some have cards worth enough to justify pulling apart and selling for singles

Thanks! I got the C21, looks like the C20 is sold out.

I'm in the same situation, last played over 20 years ago. Introduced this to my 10 year olds since, I don't understand Pokemon and Yugioh.

Aside from the cards valued above $2, it's not hard to resell, just time consuming. Local stores may not be buying any, and if they are, you probably would get 60% of the value the expensive cards. The ones under $5, stores probably wouldn't buy.

Local Game stores are buying like crazy because people are buying cards like crazy. At least the stores near me. Store near me will buy all cards >$2.00 for 60% trade value of TCG average.
