I email to cancel my order but the US-Mattress said there might be a charge of $250 if the mattress is already in production. What the $@#D?

I would definitely refused delivery and dispute it with the credit card company. Stupid policy trying to scare customers not to cancel order!!! Buyer beware. All potential US-Mattress shoppers need to be aware of this policy. August 2, 2021 (Btw, the mattress is not scheduled to be shipped by September, one month from now !!!
