My experiences with these low cost budget massagers are fine in the beginning for the first couple of hours. Then after each day of use, they become noisier and sounds like the internal parts are loosening up. If you are not concern about the noise or overall quality, then for $33 is an okay buy. Don't expect this to be as good as the +$100 name brands. My son who is an aide at a physical therapy office told me.... "you get what you pay for"
Just looks like any other percussion massager with a different name slapped on it. Besides a different site/company selling it. The upside buying from Amazon is that one can return it with ease.

Anyone with general knowledge on these? Is there any significant difference between brands/models other than maybe longevity?

1. Power and intensity
2. How quiet it is
3. Number of speeds
4. Quality of massage heads.
That said, if you're going to try one, three list prices ones aren't bad but the more expensive brands are generally better overall.
