For people who are having issues with the price going up when adding to cart, try these steps:

1. Copy link from OP
2. Open new browser window in "private" or incognito
3. Paste link and update your store of choice for pickup

The price stayed at $24.75 when I checked out using this method. I chose to checkout as guest using PayPal to take advantage of the 5% discover CB.

Good luck everyone! Now I just need to find a good deal on batteries.
