Milwaukee tools is owned by TTI, a company based out of Hong Kong. I agree this looks almost identical, though it clams to have 5 ft. pounds more torque. As for Chinese rip-offs, if companies didn't take all their manufacturing to China, maybe they wouldn't get ripped off. But these are both Chinese brands anyway.
