The faster you charge, the higher the current, the hotter the battery gets, and the shorter it lasts. If you don't keep a phone more than 2 years before trading it in for a new one, you have little to worry about. If you care about the battery lasting as long as absolutely possible, slowest charging is best, as well as avoiding letting it drop below 20% and not charging above 80%.
