A couple months ago we ordered a Horizon treadmill. There was an issue with communication with the shipping company and they wanted to charge us $200 because it was unable to be delivered. We contacted them saying we still wanted the treadmill and they basically told us place a new order and they would discount $200 from the new order. We did that and discount was issued.

I mentioned to my boss in passing regarding the treadmill and he says he was looking to buy one. I showed him various models and he basically just tells me to order the one I had ordered for our home. Long story short, after my boss gets his treadmill and assembles it, it craps out on him on the very first day. Motor stops running despite console still turning on.

It has been over a month since he has been trying to get this resolved and still hasn't been able to use the treadmill he paid for. He wanted to return it, but they told him he would have to pay return shipping plus 20% restocking fee. A technician would have to take a look at it first before determining the treadmill was faulty is so that the restocking fee would be waived. When the technician went to his house, the technician himself was bad mouthing the company and was overall very unprofessional according to my boss. At this stage he is waiting for replacement parts.

It will be a major headache dealing with this company should something go wrong with the treadmill.
I have had mine for a little over a year and I love it! I can fit at least 13 hanging shirts and 2 pairs of slacks and still not seem cluttered. I have to bend over a little when hanging them, but still very effective and efficient.
It only has a 20" deck. If you're paying a grand you should be getting at least 22".

Also, judging by the code, this might just be a sponsored post.

For those interested, i have this, bought it about 6 months ago for a similar price. Havent used the bells and whistles (bluetooth, app connectivity etc) but the treadmill itself is pretty good. I had a issue with my running deck rocking a little bit and had to request a technician to come take a look at it. It not perfectly fixed but works. The customer service was not that great.. took a while to get hold of somebody and for the tech to arrive.

Bought this a month ago for the same price using code SAVE10. No complaints. I just use it for walking on a steep incline and light jogging. No issue so far.

I have older version of this from last 2-3 years and absolutely love it. It is not a fancy treadmill like some expensive ones with built-in screen with entertainment etc. It however is very good no-frill for home workout.

Me, my wife and kid all use it for different level workout and it works well with zero issue. It's software/bluetooth etc. are not tested by us so can't speak for that but actual deck, motor, keypad etc.. are very well made.

Please message me if you have any particular question.

For what it is worth, we didn't have any major issue dealing with the company. My Brother-in-law ordered one after using mine for couple of runs. His arrived with the center console busted (forklift damage). The customer service immediately sent out a a replacement console but it was backordered (during major COVID homegym rush). They sent out a technician instead to check the treadmill who was able to replace the board and get the treadmill to work. When the console was shipped, the agent called us back to see if we need help replacing it, but we declined.

I think general shortage of parts and skilled labor(any labor really), is making every company have major supply chain and quality control issues.
