The Sony X900H and the Sony X85J are very similar overall. The X85J has a higher native contrast ratio, but the X900H has a full array local dimming feature that can reduce blooming in dark scenes and improve contrast. On the other hand, the X85J has a flicker-free backlight, and the more recent Google TV interface is a bit faster than the older Android TV 9.0 interface on the X900H.

I have a 70 inch Vizio from 2011 and would like to replace with Sony as well but cant seem to find 70 inch

In a nutshell, yes. TV manufacturers rallied around standard sizing quite a while ago now, 55, 65, 75, & 85 inches now all being the norm. Older off sizes that used to be common such as 58, 60, 70, and 72 are pretty much non existent now. Just out of curiosity, what is wrong with a 75? Not much bigger than a 70, and with virtually frameless TVs now it might be the same size as an older 70.
