Just got a Travel Zoo email showing this deal:

https://www.utovacation.com/Incre...s-LandOnly

I've never used the UTO Vacation site before and cant speak to the quality of the hotels/tours/etc. But this deal appears to be legit and is valid for travel through 2026.

Use coupon code FREECHINATHAILAND at checkout, must book double occupancy.
Good Deal?

Note that with this deal, you will be shoehorned into spending time at various factories and shops to purchase things such as pearls, silk scarves, jade ornaments, etc. You can always decline, but don't expect to be able to do your own itinerary at all, unless you're willing to pay.

I've done the subsidized China trip through Travelzoo for 10 days and this was exactly the case. Mine was $299, included flights from/to LAX, as well as domestic flights within China, and also included most meals. I had to pay for my Chinese Visa ($140 per person, valid for 10 years), a few meals, and mandatory gratuities ($10 per person per day). Great way to experience new places at a very inexpensive price, but yes you're definitely at their mercy for about 3/4 of the time you're there. You'll be going to silk factories, Jade factories, tea factories, etc. They're neat, and very low pressure in terms of sales (not like a timeshare by any means), but not necessarily what you'd choose to do with your time. If you have the time available I'd definitely do it, but it's not for everyone.
