I opted against this from the last deal of $239 as I read a lot of reviews about the amp completely dying over time due to the PSU being shotty. Seeing that this has only been out for a year... doesn't instill a lot of confidence =\

It was just $229 with a bag. The initial PSUs (which are external) were not grounded so they were mailing anyone who asked a replacement. Not sure if they are now shipping grounded power supplies now.

Since they have shipped around 100,000 of them in the last 18 months I'd say them dying is not a massive issue and PG has a good track record over the past 10 years of business.
