This seems unlikely: the sewer gasses are going to be blown in the direction of the wind (if there is any) with or without this.
If I had sewer odors in the RV, I'd check the air admittance valves in the cabinets first.

Amazon reviews provide good info from those that have installed. It is well reviewed and many have had good experience.

I'm dating myself, but this very much reminds me of the passive turbine blades that were sold to be placed in a car's air intake. Lots of people thought it was great. It was BS.

It turns towards the wind so the flow is optimized to take advantage of the venturi effect. The round ones do it, but not as well as this one.

Having said that...
I've always thought these were too expensive for the benefit. But at this price, I'll buy 2 to replace my round vents.

In my camper right now. If it cuts down the toilet odor this will be a hit with the wife. Got to try it at this price
