Do they have the 4 inch nose strip like shown on model? I have some of the ASTM3 masks from dental supply and they have 4 inch top strips and 3 inch strips on bottom part of mask. I prefer the the longer strip because it prevents fogging. I use these for cover on n95.

I believe the discount is because it carries the level 2 labels from before they got level 3, hence the discount. I got done pink ones before for same price for same reason.
It mentions these are identical to the ones they are making now, which do carry the level 3.
