This will work great for 12-year olds lifting 5 pound weights. Adults using this are just asking for a trip to the ER - hope nothing falls on your head or you might be dead.

Weight limits not the worse part. I bought a similar bench, I'm not doing any power lifting. But what stinks is the range of motion you get with a bench like this. Anything that requires and angle will work but it'll be compromised.
