I up graded my old Iphone 6s to a new Iphone 13 128gb on Verizon for $340.
$799.99 cost of phone. Trade worth $459.99 (customer loyalty). Trade credit given over 24 months. If you have one of the old unlimited plans, they do not require you to upgrade to a newer plan. I think this is a win for existing customers with already great unlimited plans.

Can you clarify which old plan you have? I have the grandfathered truly unlimited plan that Verizon hates. If I could upgrade and keep that plan, this would be a deal. I've had to buy phone outright for years bc they always said I have to change plans to take
advantage of pretty much any promotions. That's also great trade in value for 6s I'd say…

I have what they call the New Verizon Plan Unlimited. It's probably 5 years old at this point.

The deals on the new iPhone require one of the newer unlimited plans, per the Verizon webpage. I also have the grandfathered unlimited plan. I don't believe Verizon will ever offer a deal on a new phone with these plans.

Check that. I went online and was able to upgrade my XR with the $459.99 discount. When they ask you to choose a new plan I choose keep existing plan.
