The brand is pretty great and the customer service is outstanding. I've owned their lawn mower, pressure washer, wood chipper, and rototiller - all have been better than expected (well, the chipper is about as expected). Their hose nozzles don't last long, but I haven't found any that do. Not sure about this sander or why this style is terrible, but I would feel comfortable buying based on prior experience.
