My offer was on a Citi Dividend card... received $10 back already (only one time) and hoping the second one posts soon.

I recently joined UberEats for a special they were offering new users of $20 off $30, which they offered to me twice. While having dinner delivered to your door was fun and self-indulgent, the additional fees are ridiculous. For a $30 order you will have a add on labeled taxes of maybe $8, as it is not just taxes but also a preperation fee, another $8 convenience fee, a $5-$10 delivery fee, and when I tried to order sushi, another $10 Chef fee. Then I went to the direct restaurant site and discovered that the regular entree prices had all been increased by about 30% on the UberEats online restaurants menus. Then of course the delivery people all want a 20% or more tip, which Uber calculates after all their extra charges, taxes, and bloated food costs are totaled. So your $30 order of food can easily have another $30 or more of additional charges. Why is this service even possibly successful-are there that many people that just do not care what they are paying. I guess.
