Probably better deals in a few months for the holidays, but good deal if you need a smart thermostat now, and don't need additional sensors.
The Costco deal for $140 includes a remote SmartSensor plus an additional door/window sensor, better deal if you nneed those. I believe you need a Haven whole home subscription from Ecobee to use the door/window sensor (though not for the SmartSensor).
