For those who just want to try it out, it is usually sold for 60~80 on eBay depends on the condition. I got mine for 75 and it looks pretty new. Anyway, I haven't touched mine like forever lol.

I would hold off for another month on the Apple Pencil unless you can't wait or it's a great deal. It's all assumption, but based on the previous two generations the newest 3rd Gen should be out this November.
- 1st Gen was released November 2015
- 2nd Gen was released November 2018
- 3rd Gen might be released November 2021

People that get apple products to just get apple products are clowns saying things like"I never used mine" I used the gen 1 pencil when I was in college and it was extremely helpful especially for all my STEM class this is a must have for college students especially when paired up with apps like good notes and notability

If you don't understand the use cases for having an Apple, Surface, etc pencil, then you're obviously not the target audience. If you're a digital artist, this single $100 pencil replaces countless tools required by physical mediums and allows you to do your art whenever and wherever
